SkyFall

  Well, I am back ...but not with the bang...its more like with the sad news. we have been waiting for another bond movie from kinda a long time...and here is what happened to us ..."BondFall". I really now find a need to write movie reviews as sites like IMDB are failing over these, now on most of the cases. This movie is totally over rated on IMDB and its not even near to what has been rated.

  Skyfall has totally failed the expectation. The story line was written by 10 year old and there is no bond in it. Bond girls are not even there for 10 mins and so as there are not gadgets. Mission impossible 4 has more twist and thrill than the bond movie and this movie has just killed an idea of super agent with super intelligence and skills. There are so many plot holes that I have got tired of counting them. To cut matter short in this movie M is bond girl. Watch it at your own risk ...

Yes, the poster says right. It is scariest date movie I had seen from Bollywood. When it started I got the feeling of watching blair witch and paranormal together, but then it took turn and bite me in the dark. I was amazed to see the way characters played out and involved together. Acting was good and much appreciated. they acted for found footage and they made us believe that it is. With perfect timings of sound effects and catching you unaware at most unexpected times made it more watcheble and enjoyable. A must watch for Horror lovers.

Hangover 2

 

Well, after going through the first ride, as everybody else I was bit more on my expectation this time. And it really did not fulfilled it. It went on and on and on, but nothing ....... no humor no story guessing desperation. Just sitting there having some adult jokes falling out of nowhere. In some scenes it truly was unacceptable as second part of such successful and hilarious comedy. Did not enjoyed and watch it at your own risk ...

nah ..... Don go on the poster .... they have nothing to do with it ...  I hardly see them dancing around ...Adam and Alyson are good and steal the show .... liked this movie mostly because of its 3D and some of the moves were great .... one time watch ...

 Loved it. Simply loved it. Best movie of 2010 so far. Very good story line, plot and superb casting. Lived up-to my expectations. Initially movie has some pace, which I think is appropriate and needed when you have big story to unfold in 2 and half hours. Movie length is pretty much ok, but looks bit long as there are no songs, ;). and so far we all are habituate to it. Ajay Devgan, Nana Pateker, Manoj Bajpai, Arjun Rampal, Katrina Kaif and yes some one who really knows how to act now Ranbir Kapoor ;). I can write some pages on the performance of each but better to leave it on you. Politics at its best and worst. The original face of politics and the bad boys or babus. It more looked like they have confined them selves not to expose more, else it could have been more bloodier and might have used more slang. Well ,but thats good else there would be less audience. Very good movie. A Must Watch !!!

Prince Of Persia: The Sands Of Time

 

I have played the game when I was 14, and was my first video game on PC. It amazed me so much at that time and that thirst to go to next level was always there. Well, now they have made a movie and I was waiting for it like anything. And it did well to my expectation. Casting is great and so as the acting. Jake Gyllenhaal and Gemma Arterton are perfect choice and Ben Kingsley is at his best as always. I like all fight scenes which give more realistic feel in times of extensive use of CG in movies. It has all the jumping and running which we did in the game and fighting and opening doors. Good movie. Surely, a must watch one timer.

Iron Man 2

                                             

After a long time something good to write about from Hollywood for Action movie and a Sci-fi.
Robert Downey Jr.has done it again and the chemestry between him and Gwyneth Paltrow is getting better and better. But i won't forget to mention Scarlett Johansson with her gorgeous and athletic look. She has made quite and impact on the film. Loved holographic projections, wonder when they will be real?  There were some moments though which were not that necessary to be put, as audience is expecting more action then previous one. More day fight scenes might have given what was expected. Not as good as the first one, but a must watch.

Clash Of The Titans




Nope, not impressed much. It more felt like it looked ok because I saw it in 3D. Storyline is obviously not new, director doesn't had much chance to play other then FX or add good casting to movie. Well, casting is ok and so as the FX, it more felt like meaning less fights going on. Characters disappear form screen very quickly, they die before you start to like them. Go to have 3D experience.

The Book Of Eli




It started with the punch and ended the same way. Great effects and does not look unrealistic. It fits the scenes well. Some gore is there, but you have already seen it in 300 and it is delivered in same way over here, but less in quantity !!. Storyline is simply superb and Denzel Washington has delivered it very well and so as Mila Kunis. Casting is superb. It's nuclear fallout environment is made very realistic and in-detail. I am impressed with the wardrobes and yeah some details in it too. I won't tell about the storyline. A Must Watch Movie.

Let me tell you one thing, Bollywood is going good on Horrors. They have not mastered it but yes, they have improved a lot. No gore scenes, no vulgar scenes, good cast and good acting. Aditya has done job well and so as Shweta. Suspense is not much but the experience is thrilling. I like the ride, after 1920, this is second one I recommend  for all those horror fans out there. And yah, don't miss some interesting romantic moments in it :). Good watch.

George Clooney is simply great in the movie. Movie is off-beat but is right on the subject its targeted on. This is about America's current scenario and it touches to the life of millions. Casting is done pretty good and so as the story line. Movie has some of its own surprises and it shows the reality of daily life. Must watch for serious movie goers.

The beginning is good and so as somewhat the middle part, but the end is horrible and I really can not stand it. From the beginning I was having a feeling that director is digging a deep, very deep grave, and at last he falls in it. The only learning I got from this movie is our government is right, don't use Chinese phones. Good Movie though, but if you have missed it, no need to book specially. Watching on small screen is advisable with obviously less expanse.

Percy Jackson & the Olympians: The Lightning Thief



I am not big fan of harry potter neither I have read many books and this is another with same test. But as I am human and I can see and hear things and as we have invented cinema, rest of the things humanity should leave on me, like reviews. I don't know what happens in the book, but it is surely not happening in the movie. It is lengthy and misses the action or adventure. Fights are small and quick and F/X is ok....

I have seen shutter and so far this movie is not that impressive though. There where some scenes in shutter which were good and there is one scene in this movie which will really put you on edge of your seat. Somehow the movie lack the grip and many twist and turns shows that the story is been bundled together as the movie progresses. Once you know who is all behind the scary things you will get scare of director, that how could he even think about something, or is the need for horror was so much that you convert anyone in ghost. Not scary at all. Horror lovers its surely not for you. Boys who has new or fresh girlfriends, please enjoy the loneliness ;)

Comic family movie. This movie hangs on Tabbu, else nothing is there which is so funny about. Still it more feels like comedy is made to be fit it and somehow looses its flow. Story line is not that different and end is even messed-up. Ok movie, some may like it some may not. Timepass movie in an Indian words.
